At ModuraSinks, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available on all orders.

  • Delivery time: 5 to 9 business days

  • Cost: Free on all orders

  • No minimum purchase required

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available at checkout.

  • Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

  • Cost: Flat rate between $30 and $60 per order

Shipping options and delivery costs may vary depending on the order size, delivery location, and carrier availability.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Large Item Delivery

Kitchen sinks are heavy and require secure packaging to help protect them during transit. Your order may arrive in larger packaging or with protective materials to reduce the risk of dents, scratches, or shipping damage.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

ModuraSinks is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delivery Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions,
high-demand periods, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your delivery area and mailbox area.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If the outer packaging is damaged, please take photos before opening the box. After opening, carefully inspect the sink and all included accessories for visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect items.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
