At ModuraSinks, we want you to feel confident when shopping for your kitchen sink. If your order does not work for your project, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The sink must be unused and uninstalled
  • The product must be in new condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, parts, manuals, and protective materials must be included
  • The item must not be scratched, dented, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery

Installed sinks cannot be returned.

Products that have been used, installed, damaged during installation, altered, or returned without complete packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Please do not send any product to our warehouse without receiving return authorization first. Returns sent without approval may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your delivery address

Once your return request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and confirm the correct warehouse address.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, project changes, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a confirmed ModuraSinks error, such as receiving the wrong item, or if the product arrived damaged or defective, we will review the issue and assist with the appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.

If your sink arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@modurasinks.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer box

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • A short description of the issue

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Please do not install a damaged or incorrect item. Installed products may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or
rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any applicable carrier charges may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a confirmed ModuraSinks error or approved product issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Installed sinks

  • Used or altered products

  • Products damaged during installation

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance or final sale items, if marked as final sale

  • Returns sent without approval

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or improper installation

Exchanges

If you need a different sink model, size, or finish, please contact us.

The fastest option is usually to return the original item after approval and place a new order for the correct product.

Please do not ship returns to any warehouse before receiving return authorization.
